Anthony Butkovic started his career answering employer frustrations. That led to a mission: make WCB simple for everyone.

Anthony started on the inside — as a WCB Case Manager — where he saw firsthand how unclear policies and confusing decisions left employers paying the price. After coaching in the CFL and leading WCB strategies across construction, energy, manufacturing, and public sectors, he built WCBConsulting.ca in 2011, then rebranded and launched Workers Comp Simplified to train professionals in winning the board’s game — and winning more job bids because of it.
He’s also the host of the Workers Comp Simplified Podcast, where he kicks the hornets’ nest and says the things you can’t say while explaining the WCB system, policy interpretation, and decision-making processes to build better organizations and cultures
